There is a new health care program for adults in Cook County. This program is called CountyCare. It is operated by the State of Illinois and the Cook County Health and Hospitals Systems (CCHHS). It is a Medicaid program available under healthcare reform.

Here is a link to some declassified info on the NSA website. Near the bottom is a link to a large PDF file called “Untangling the Web” which is a recently declassified manual for searching the Internet. It looks pretty comprehensive. Also a lot of other good stuff is on this site like declassified UFO information!
