Jam with us as we share stories inspired by the music around us. Each week, we will read books, sing songs, and build a musical instrument. Register today and be part of our literary chorus.

Monday Makers

For ages 5-8 * Mondays, April 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th * 6 PM - 7 PM

Kick off the week with fun at Monday Makers! Kids can enjoy hands-on crafts and creative activities every Monday. New projects each week spark imagination and joy!

Year-Round: Anytime Scavenger Hunts

Try one, two, or all three of our regular scavenger hunts: Easy, Medium, or Hard. You’ll search the Youth Services Department for clues that will spell a message. Tell that message to a librarian and you win a sweet or soft treat! Each Friday, the hunts’ messages change so you can do three new hunts every week of the year and win more prizes!

April: Egg Hunt

Throughout the month of April, each day, search the Youth Services Department for plastic eggs. Each egg has a letter attached to it that you’ll use to make a list of things like foods, animals, and more! Tell a librarian your answers to get a prize!

Brainfuse is an online learning platform that offers live tutoring, a writing lab, study tools, test preparation, and career assistance for students in grades K-12 and adults.

Hoopla offers free music, movies, eBooks, comics, and audiobooks with your library card.

Libby

Libby is a free app that allows you to enjoy ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines from your public library.

Kanopy

Kanopy is a free streaming service that offers movies, documentaries, and educational videos with your library card.
