We are back for MAPLD Fanfest, a dynamic fan and comic convention at the Matteson Area Public Library! Experience exciting educational programs, meet superheroes, and enter to win awesome prizes. Join us as we embrace the theme of games. Solve puzzles in our Escape Room, test your skills at our Video Game Tournament, and enjoy fun mini-games at our Maid Café. Create For A Cause:  Teen Volunteering Opportunity

Balancing school, homework, after-school activities, and everything else can be tricky! That’s why we’ve created Create For A Cause Kits — an easy, flexible way for teens to earn volunteer hours on their schedule. Complete a kit at home when you have free time, then return it to the library for volunteer credit. Each kit supports a good cause, with a new monthly project to tackle. Ready to get started?
